Does a double-drum winch guarantee perfectly synchronized lifting?

No. It can provide mechanically coordinated drum rotation, but equal linear rope movement depends on drum geometry, rope layers, reeving, stretch and load distribution. The permitted synchronization error must be specified and tested.

Can the rope directions be customized?

Yes. Drum grooves, fleet direction and rope exit orientation can be designed around the equipment layout and required motion.

Can this winch connect to an existing PLC?

Yes, after the protocol, electrical standard, I/O list, operating sequence and safety boundaries are defined.

How do we confirm the required rope capacity?
