Construction and Standard Features
- Oven body: 1.5 mm formed and welded 304 stainless steel outer panels, 1.2 mm 304 stainless steel inner panels, and aluminum silicate thermal insulation.
- Reinforced floor: 5.0 mm steel plate with a welded 1.2 mm 304 stainless steel top layer and thermal insulation.
- Door construction: 80 mm thick door with 1.5 mm 304 stainless steel outer panels and a 304 stainless steel inner surface.
- Heating system: Stainless steel heating elements installed on both sides of the oven chamber, wired with 6 mm² high-temperature cable.
- Hot-air circulation: One high-temperature circulation fan mounted on top of the oven, complete with a welded fan shaft plate and matching impeller.
- Control and protection: Digital temperature controller, two K-type thermocouples, over-temperature, short-circuit, overload, and leakage protection, plus fan/heater interlocking so airflow starts before heating.
