The L-Type Horizontal Plate Lifting Clamp is designed for lifting and moving steel plates in a horizontal position. Its forged low-carbon alloy-steel construction provides the strength and durability required for regular plate-handling operations, while the compact design keeps the clamp straightforward to attach and operate.

Available with rated capacities from 0.8 to 5 tonnes, the clamp is intended for use in matched pairs or sets of four. The stated working load limit is based on two clamps working together. For larger steel plates, a spreader beam should be used to distribute the load and maintain a stable lifting arrangement.

Each clamp is proof tested at 2.5 times its rated load. Never exceed the rated capacity, and avoid shock loading or allowing the suspended plate to strike surrounding objects during lifting and transport.
