A mobile 220 V reel for deploying long fiber-optic or hybrid fiber-power cable while maintaining compatible signal and electrical paths through a rotary interface. Final drum geometry, drive, controls and protection are configured around the actual cable, rope or hose system.

Engineering Note

A generic slip ring cannot transmit optical signals; a fiber-optic rotary joint is required for optical continuity, while electrical circuits need separately rated contacts. “Zero interruption” has been removed because transmission performance depends on connector, rotary-joint and cable specifications.

Final selection must also define duty cycle, ambient conditions, guarding, emergency stopping, anchorage and applicable local standards. Not intended for personnel lifting unless separately engineered and certified.
