PMG Series Polyurethane Foam Pipeline Pig
A flexible, lightweight pipeline maintenance tool designed for cleaning, dewatering, product separation, inspection support and routine pipeline servicing.
Flexible Performance for Demanding Pipelines
The PMG Series Foam Pig is manufactured from high-density polyurethane foam with an elastomeric polyurethane outer coating. Its highly flexible body can deform by up to 50%, allowing it to travel through bends, diameter variations and pipelines with complex internal conditions.
Suitable for oil, gas and water pipelines as well as newly constructed lines, it can be used for removing debris, rust, scale and residual water, and for supporting product separation, pipeline gauging and hydrostatic testing operations.
