PCA Universal Screw Lifting Clamp

PCA Universal Screw Lifting Clamp

PCA Universal Screw Lifting Clamp

Product Overview

The PCA Universal Screw Lifting Clamp is designed for lifting, pulling, transporting and positioning steel structures and fabricated steel components. It can be used for both vertical and horizontal lifting operations.

The clamp can also serve as a temporary lifting or pulling point when positioning steel components during fabrication, installation and assembly work.

Its body is die-forged from high-quality alloy steel and heat treated to provide consistent strength and toughness. The screw uses a special self-locking thread to help maintain secure contact with the workpiece during lifting and pulling operations.

Applications

Suitable for lifting and transporting structural steel, steel sections and fabricated metal components. The clamp may also be used to assist with holding, pulling and positioning steel materials during installation and fabrication work.

Important Safety Information For horizontal or vertical lifting, use two clamps as a matched pair and keep the included lifting angle below 120°. Apply a tightening torque of at least 180 kgf·cm. Always lift through the load’s center of gravity and make sure each clamp is fully tightened before applying the load.
