GCT-B Plain Trolley
The GCT-B plain trolley is a compact manual beam trolley designed for suspending chain hoists and other lifting equipment from an I-beam. It provides smooth horizontal load travel without requiring electrical power and can be adjusted to suit a range of beam flange widths.

Key Features
- Simple and compact manual trolley design
- Designed for travel along the lower flange of an I-beam
- Compatible with manual chain hoists and electric chain hoists
- Adjustable wheel spacing for different beam flange widths
- Hinged side plates help distribute the load evenly across all four wheels
- Low installation height for space-efficient lifting systems
- Smooth rolling performance and efficient mechanical travel
- Suitable for straight tracks and tracks with a limited curve radius
Adjustable Beam Trolley Design
The GCT-B trolley runs directly on the lower flange of an I-beam and provides a simple means of moving a suspended load horizontally. The wheel spacing can be adjusted to suit different beam widths, allowing one trolley design to accommodate a range of beam sizes.
The left and right side plates are connected by a hinged structure. Under load, this arrangement allows the trolley to self-adjust so that the four wheels share the load more evenly, helping improve running stability and wheel contact.
Manual Horizontal Load Travel
The trolley is designed for manual movement along the beam and does not require an external power supply. It can be used together with a manual chain hoist or electric chain hoist to create a compact lifting and travelling system.
Its compact structure and efficient rolling mechanism make it suitable for equipment installation, maintenance and general material-handling operations where simple horizontal load positioning is required.

Product Selection
Select the trolley according to the required load capacity and the flange width of the supporting I-beam. The beam flange must fall within the adjustment range shown in the specification table.
When the trolley is used together with a hoist, confirm that the rated capacity of the trolley is equal to or greater than the rated capacity of the lifting equipment.
