LH Double Girder Overhead Crane

The LH double girder overhead crane is designed for light-duty material handling in workshops, assembly areas, warehouses and general industrial facilities.

It is typically configured for an A3 duty class (approximately FEM 1) and combines a double-girder bridge with a wire-rope hoist trolley for stable lifting and travel.

Wire-Rope Hoist Trolley

The crane uses a trolley-type wire-rope hoist. The trolley travels on top of the two bridge girders on four wheels, providing stable lifting and cross travel.

This top-running arrangement makes effective use of the available working space and is especially suitable for lifting capacities of 10 tonnes and above.

  • Stable lifting and trolley travel
  • Efficient use of workshop headroom
  • Suitable for warehouses and general workshops

Double Box Girders

Two box girders support the hoist trolley. Long travel is driven by two gearbox-and-motor assemblies, helping the crane move smoothly along the runway.

End Carriages

The end carriages use 400 mm diameter travel wheels. Buffers are installed to help protect the crane at the end of its travel and reduce collision impact.

How to Choose the Runway Rail

The rail specification is selected according to the crane wheel load. Available rail weights include 24 kg/m, 38 kg/m and 43 kg/m, subject to the crane design.

The total rail quantity is twice the crane travel length. For example, an 80 m runway requires 160 m of rail in total—80 m on each side.

Matching fixing parts, such as pressure plates, joint bars and rubber pads, can be supplied. Rails may be fixed by welding or bolting according to the project requirements.
