Product Overview
The YC I-Beam Clamp provides a secure suspension point for chain hoists, lever hoists and other lifting equipment. It attaches directly to the lower flange of an I-beam, allowing lifting equipment to be installed without drilling or permanently modifying the supporting beam.
Manufactured from high-quality low-carbon alloy steel, the clamp is designed for demanding industrial lifting applications. Models are available with working load limits from 1 to 5 metric tons and adjustable jaws to suit different beam flange widths.
Each clamp is proof tested individually at twice its maximum working load limit to verify its load-bearing performance.
Installation
Turn the threaded spindle counterclockwise to open the jaws. Position the clamp over the lower flange of the I-beam, then rotate the spindle clockwise until both jaws are securely tightened against the beam.
