Grade 80 Side-Pull Swivel Hoist Ring

Grade 80 swivel hoist ring designed for lifting applications where the load direction may change. The lifting ring rotates through 360°, while the bail can be positioned from 0° to 90° for side-pull lifting.

The lifting bail and mounting plate are forged from high-strength alloy steel and subjected to a controlled heat-treatment process.
Supplied with a metric Class 12.9 socket-head alloy steel bolt conforming to ISO 4762.
Proof tested at 2.5 times the specified Working Load Limit.
Sample fatigue tested for 20,000 cycles at 1.5 times the Working Load Limit.
Every unit is subjected to 100% magnetic particle inspection.
The lifting bail permits a working angle from 0° to 90° and 360° rotation around the mounting axis.
