A drilling-support reel that manages pneumatic or hydraulic hoses, electrical cable and wire rope together while allowing each line to run at an appropriate speed. Final drum geometry, drive, controls and protection are configured around the actual cable, rope or hose system.
Wire rope carries the primary mechanical load.
Hoses run slightly faster than the support rope.
Matched to each line diameter.
Continuous electrical and fluid-media transfer.

Engineering Note
This page uses the same 80 kg case data as the integrated reeling system but is positioned specifically for drilling-rig service. Final design must account for hose pressure, cable current, signal type, suspended mass, rope factor of safety and emergency shutdown behavior.
Final selection must also define duty cycle, ambient conditions, guarding, emergency stopping, anchorage and applicable local standards. Not intended for personnel lifting unless separately engineered and certified.
