Double-Drum Wire Rope Winch for LED Display Lifting

Synchronized two-point lifting, fail-safe electromagnetic braking and flexible wired or wireless control for large commercial LED displays.

Double-drum wire rope winch for LED display lifting

Product Overview

The Double-Drum Wire Rope Winch is engineered for lifting, positioning and lowering large LED display screens. Its twin-drum, dual-rope configuration moves both suspension points simultaneously, helping the screen remain level throughout operation while reducing the risk of tilting, twisting and uneven loading.

Two independently operating electromagnetic brake motors provide redundant load-holding protection. If power is interrupted, both brakes engage automatically to hold the suspended display securely. A heavy-duty K-series helical-bevel gearmotor, CNC-machined grooved drums and dedicated rope guides deliver smooth, stable and efficient operation.

A separate electrical control box, wired pendant and wireless remote control are supplied for convenient operation during installation, maintenance and routine lifting.

Key Features

Redundant Electromagnetic Braking

Two independent brakes engage automatically during a power failure, providing dependable load holding without continuous electrical power.

Synchronized Twin-Drum Lifting

Both wire ropes raise and lower together to maintain an even lifting height at both suspension points and help keep the display level.

Precision Rope Spooling

CNC-machined helical grooves and dedicated rope guides support orderly winding and help prevent cross-winding, rope jumping and uneven spooling.

Heavy-Duty Gear Drive

The K-series helical-bevel gearmotor provides efficient power transmission, low operating noise and stable performance during frequent starts and stops.

Smooth, Stable Operation

Robust construction, accurate rope guidance and responsive braking minimize vibration, load sway and sudden movement.

Dual Control Options

Use the wired pendant for close-range operation or the wireless remote for control from a safer position with a broader view of the lifting area.

Level Two-Point Lifting

The two drums operate together so both lifting points travel at the same rate. This synchronized movement helps keep wide LED displays horizontal and reduces the possibility of screen tilt or torsional stress during lifting and lowering.

Reliable Fail-Safe Braking

The electromagnetic brakes respond quickly when the winch stops and engage automatically if electrical power is lost. The independent dual-brake arrangement provides redundant protection for suspended-load applications.

Convenient Wired and Wireless Control

The separate control box allows flexible installation. A wired pendant supports direct close-range operation, while the wireless remote lets the operator work from a safe viewing position. The two control methods also provide useful operational backup.
