DFQ Type Plate Turning Clamp
Product Description
The DFQ Type Plate Turning Clamp is designed for the horizontal handling of steel plates and for turning steel plates and structural sections. A single clamp may be used for turning operations, with the maximum permitted load limited to the rated working load of the clamp.
Horizontal lifting operations must be carried out with a suitable lifting beam. Shock loading and impact against the suspended material must be avoided throughout the lift. The proof load is twice the rated working load limit, while the minimum breaking load is four times the rated load.
Before use, operators must read and follow the product operating instructions, confirm that the selected clamp is suitable for the plate thickness and load, and use the equipment within its stated capacity.
