CDH-Type Vertical Plate Lifting Clamp
The CDH-Type Vertical Plate Lifting Clamp is designed for lifting and handling a single steel plate in the vertical position. Manufactured from high-quality low-carbon alloy steel, it combines a robust clamp body with a spring-loaded locking mechanism for dependable gripping and straightforward operation.
Rated capacities range from 1 to 10 tonnes. The working load limit is based on one clamp, and the clamp may be used individually or as a matched pair when required by the lifting arrangement. Only one steel plate may be lifted at a time; lifting stacked plates is strictly prohibited.
Before lifting, move the lifting-eye handle upward so that the spring-loaded mechanism engages the plate. After the load has been fully lowered and supported, move the handle downward to release the spring tension before separating the clamp from the plate. The locking mechanism grips the plate in its unloaded state, and the clamping force increases in proportion to the suspended load.
Each clamp is proof tested at twice its rated load. Never exceed the rated capacity, and prevent the suspended plate from striking surrounding objects during lifting or transport.
