Engineering Note

“Ultimate capacity” is not a working load limit. The safe rated pull requires an approved design factor and test basis. No reliable machine-weight value is available for the PJY-6-40-1 reference row and it must be confirmed before quotation. Claims of 50% faster operation or 300% rope life were not retained because no test method is provided.

Final selection must define line pull by drum layer, rope specification, duty cycle, brake holding load, anchorage, corrosion system, guarding and applicable marine or local standards. Not intended for personnel lifting unless separately engineered and certified.
