LH Double Girder Overhead Crane

The LH double girder overhead crane is designed for light-duty material handling in workshops, assembly areas, warehouses and general industrial facilities.

Light-duty operation typically refers to an A3 duty class, approximately FEM 1. This crane is suitable for warehouses, general workshops and assembly facilities.

Wire-Rope Hoist Trolley

The crane is equipped with a trolley-type wire-rope hoist, similar to the hoist used on LDA single girder overhead cranes. This design provides stable and reliable lifting and traveling performance.

The trolley runs on top of the two bridge girders using a four-wheel arrangement. This top-running design makes more effective use of the available working space and is especially suitable for lifting capacities of 10 tonnes and above.

  • Stable lifting and trolley travel
  • Efficient use of workshop headroom
  • Suitable for warehouses and general workshops

Double Box Girders

The two box girders support the hoist trolley. Long-travel movement is driven by two sets of gearboxes and motors, helping the crane move smoothly and reliably along the runway.

End Carriages

The end carriages are equipped with 400 mm diameter travel wheels. Buffers help protect the crane at the end of its travel and reduce the impact of accidental collisions.

How to Choose the Runway Rail

The rail or track should be selected according to the wheel pressure of the overhead crane. Available rail weights include 24 kg/m, 38 kg/m and 43 kg/m, subject to the crane design.

The total rail quantity is twice the crane travel length. For example, if the crane travel length is 80 m, the total rail requirement is 160 m, with 80 m installed on each side.

Matching fixing parts, such as pressure plates, joint bars and rubber pads, can also be supplied. Rails may be fixed by welding or bolting according to the project requirements.
