LDA Single Girder Overhead Crane

Box Girder
The main girder is fabricated from quality steel plates, typically using 8 mm and 10 mm steel plates according to the crane design and load requirements. The box-girder construction provides dependable structural strength while maintaining a relatively low crane deadweight.
The steel structure is treated to Sa 2.5 before painting. Industrial yellow, orange, and customized colors are available. The standard coating system has a total thickness of approximately 80 μm.

Electric Chain Hoist
According to the required capacity and operating conditions, the overhead crane can be equipped with an electric wire rope hoist or an electric chain hoist. The hoist travels along the lower flange of the main girder to provide lifting and cross-travel movement.
End Carriage
The end carriages support the main girder and allow the complete crane to travel along the runway rails. The motor, gearbox, wheels, and travel speed can be configured according to the crane capacity and operating requirements.
